Why it matters now
It's the second of two crossover specials built as previews for Avengers: Mightiest Friends, the Disney Jr. Avengers show slated for 2027.
About Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up!
Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up! is the second crossover special between Disney Jr.'s Spidey and His Amazing Friends and Iron Man and His Awesome Friends. It premiered on Disney Jr. on September 24, 2026, with Marvel Studios Animation producing alongside Atomic Cartoons.
Like Spidey and Iron Man: Avengers Team-Up! in October 2025, it was announced on August 8, 2025, as a preview of Avengers: Mightiest Friends. In July 2026, Iron Man and His Awesome Friends was reported canceled after one season in favor of Mightiest Friends, so this special effectively bridges the Iron Man show and the new one. The runtime and the full lineup of Avengers who appear haven't been confirmed, so expect the same young-kid tone as the parent shows rather than anything tied to the MCU.

How to watch it
Watch Spidey and Iron Man: Avengers Team-Up! (2025) first, since this is the follow-up crossover. A handful of episodes from either parent show gives kids enough background. It's a Halloween special, so October is the natural time to put it on, and it pairs well with the Iron Man show's own Halloween episode, "Iron Friends Trick or Treats!"
