Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of marvelwatchorder.com (“Marvel Watch Order”, “the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Independence and trademarks
Marvel Watch Order is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Marvel Entertainment, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures, 20th Century Studios or any streaming service. Marvel, the MCU, character names, titles, logos and posters are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners. We use titles and poster images only to identify the films and shows we write about, for commentary and reference.
If you own rights in material on the site and believe we’ve used it improperly, email us at the address in the Contact section below with the page and the material concerned, and we’ll review it promptly.
2. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep watch orders, release dates, runtimes, ratings, box office figures and streaming availability correct, and we show when streaming data was last verified. But studios move dates, and streaming catalogs change often and differ by country. Information on the site is provided for general guidance only and may be out of date or incomplete.
- Before you subscribe, rent or buy, check the title on the streaming service itself.
- Upcoming release dates are targets announced by the studios and can change.
- Grades, rankings, age suggestions and watch-order recommendations are our editorial opinions, not official Marvel guidance.
Found an error? Please tell us and we’ll fix it.
3. Using our content
The text, watch orders, rankings, data compilations, tools and design of the site are our work. You’re welcome to:
- use the site and its tools for your own personal viewing plans
- print checklists and share tier lists or progress cards you make with our tools
- quote short passages or link to any page, with a link back to the source page
Please don’t copy, republish or scrape substantial parts of the site, reproduce our lists or data in bulk, or present our work as your own without written permission.
4. Tools and data in your browser
The tracker, planner, checklist and tier list maker save data in your own browser. We don’t back it up, so clearing your browser data or switching devices can remove it. Use the tracker’s backup option if your progress matters to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Advertising
The site is free because it may be supported by ads, served through Google AdSense and its certified partners. Ads are chosen and delivered by those networks, not by us, and are clearly separate from our editorial content.
- An ad appearing on the site isn’t an endorsement of the advertiser, product or service. Any purchase you make from an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
- Our watch orders, rankings, grades and recommendations are never paid for or influenced by advertisers.
- If an ad looks misleading or inappropriate, please tell us so we can report or block it.
- Please don’t click ads you aren’t interested in, use bots or scripts to generate clicks or views, or encourage others to do so. Invalid activity breaks Google’s policies and can harm the site.
If we ever add affiliate links, for example to a streaming service, we’ll label them clearly and say so on the page.
6. Analytics, cookies and privacy
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and if we show ads, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure them. Where the law requires it, including for visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, we will ask for consent before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. Our Privacy Policy explains what’s collected, the cookies involved and how to opt out, and forms part of these terms.
7. Spoilers
We hide major plot reveals behind “tap to reveal” boxes and warn you at the top of spoiler-heavy explainers. Some pages still discuss stories in detail by their nature, so read with care if you haven’t seen a title yet.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, disrupts the site or its servers, attempts to gain unauthorized access, interferes with ads or analytics through fraudulent activity, or overloads it with automated requests. Reasonable crawling by search engines is welcome under the rules in our robots.txt file.
9. Links to other sites
We link to streaming services, official pages and other sites for convenience and reference. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, prices or policies.
10. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Marvel Watch Order is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including subscriptions or purchases made based on streaming information or through ads shown on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited under the law where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes are noted on our What’s New page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
