Random Marvel Movie Picker
Can’t decide what to watch tonight? Tell the picker how much time you have and what you’re in the mood for, and it chooses from 251 released Marvel movies and shows: the 81 MCU titles, plus Sony’s Spider-Man films, Fox’s X-Men era, the Netflix shows and the classic cartoons.

Ready when you are
Set the filters above, then hit the button. Don’t like the pick? Press the button again, and the picker won’t repeat it until you reload the page.
How to use the picker
Start with how much time you have. The time filter uses each title’s full length, and a series counts as a whole season. “About 2 hours” keeps it to a typical movie or special (up to 2h 20m), “Up to 3 hours” adds the long Avengers films, and “A binge” only draws titles of four hours or more, which in practice means full seasons. Then narrow it by type and universe. Every change updates the count under the button, so you can see how many titles are still in the draw.
If a pick doesn’t grab you, press the button again. Titles you’ve already been shown aren’t repeated until you reload the page, and the last few picks stay in a row underneath in case you change your mind. Already seen it? “I’ve seen it” marks it as watched in your watch tracker, and turning on “Skip what I’ve watched” keeps those out of future picks, which is handy when you’re working through the list.
Watching with a newcomer? Stick to movies and the MCU, and check our guide to the best first Marvel movie for films that stand on their own. Not sure a pick makes sense out of order? Each title’s guide page says what to see first, and the Do I Need to Watch pages cover the big releases.
Picker FAQ
How does the random Marvel movie picker work?
It draws at random from 251 released Marvel movies, series and specials, MCU or not. Filters let you limit picks by type, universe, the time you have and rating, and it won’t repeat a title until you reload the page.
Does it include upcoming releases?
No. Only released titles are in the draw, so you’ll never get a pick you can’t watch yet.
Can it skip movies I have already seen?
Yes. Tick “Skip what I’ve watched”. It uses the titles you’ve marked in our watch tracker, and the “I’ve seen it” button adds a pick to that list.
Can I get details on my pick?
Yes. Every pick shows the runtime, IMDb rating and where it streams in the US, and links to its full guide with watch-order context.
